From 2015-2016 we engaged in over two dozen feasibility studies and conceptual design pursuits with one of the nation's leading student housing developers, Landmark Properties. BKV Group landed a number of these projects with full service architecture contracts. We worked on The Standard at Raleigh from the concept phase through construction documents. We personally designed nearly every unit in the project (211 units, and 28 different unit types). The lot had a former equipment store with a tractor sign that was deemed a historic element from the neighborhood. There were numerous neighborhood development meetings that occurred where we provided renderings of the sign perched upon the ground floor retail ledge in all its glory.
